So it goes...

Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time this year, and wouldn't you know it, I busted my right shoulder. It's most likely nothing serious, just a little tear in the muscle, but it hurts quite a bit and renders my right hand somewhat useless. Fucking annoying. Was supposed to go to the gym again today, but I think I have to skip it. I don't want to make this any worse than it already is.

Maybe I'll try and write something instead, so the day won't be totally wasted.

    But you'd better give the gym a break right now. I used to workout with a little tear in my lower abs last year. Result: It never really healed and I still feel the pain with certain movements.

  5. Something like that happened to my right shoulder about year ago. Took me about 6 months for full recovery.
    Some advices: warm up well, work with lighter weights and forget about exercises like dumbbell flys and lateral raises that may cause acute pain in your shoulder joint. You may also try to pump your shoulders with seated lightweight DB presses - it usually helps to recover.
