Problem

I think they over-simplify the coffee, but the point is still valid:

    1. I agree with this. I don´t know in other countries, but in Spain is a joke what happens with music. I prefer to buy music by internet that go to the store and pay a canon, to the SGAE and more. One more thing, 5$ for a coffee? My gosh, that coffee must be from Colombia at least! :P

  3. I agree you Jani..life is unfair sometimes :( regards: some singer and violin-player and they pay soooo little. We made album and now we have to sell all the 1000 albums, becouse doing that album costs us money :(

  4. The same shit happens with translators too (it's easier to steal a song, though), but my point is that people tend to look down on other people's jobs and take it for granted by stealing or not paying a reasoable amount of money (for whatever one requires). Most people don't realize the effort and the knowledge it takes to do that job. ¬¬"

  5. I agree totally with you, Jani. That's why I always buy your things :D Hahahaha well I do make some recordings of myself for others to hear what I do and hearing that others love and appreciate your music, your work it is , maybe one of the greatests things one can hear. Well I do not own a Demo or something like that. But, yes, I think is a lack of consideration from the people to not respect your work trying to make some piracy and money with your own work. But well, I'm not a genius like you are, I make my own things, but my Mac does not have a mic entrance and the mic it has gives you the shittiest sound possible, so I hate it. Hope to buy some new shit because it will help me too with the carrier here. By the way, GARAGE BAND AND AUDACITY FTW!!!!! Also, and before I forget: I think I'll make myself an account to comment (I'm NOT the other Anon of the other shit). Best wishes, Jani!!!!!!!!!!

  6. This is so stupid since every song doesn't cost thousands to record or takes years of practice to create.

  7. I used to download "free" music back in the early days of Napster(1999-2000) until a friend of mine (whose mother happened to be a musician) realized what I was doing and tore me a new one. It hadn't even occurred to me until that moment that someone was getting ripped off. Everyone was doing it, and the term 'Internet Piracy' hadn't even been coined yet. I'd just figured, "Hey, it's on the Internet, so it must be free."

Hearing government agencies condemn music piracy doesn't carry nearly the same weight as the artists speaking out against it. You are, after all, the ones who are getting hurt. I'm reposting this to Facebook. :-)
