Randy Jackson...

Randy Jackson is leaving "American Idol". That's all fine and dandy, don't care, but this comment really didn't sit well with me:

"I am very proud of how we forever changed television and the music industry"

Really? I mean REALLY??? You're proud of what you've done to the music industry? Dude, once upon a time you were an actual musician, what happened? Go fuck yourself.

  1. This is a way to "justify" the lost years in that tv show. Unbelievable.

  4. I second that.
You've been way far too gentle.
That stuff for me it's pure EVIL.

  5. What's the big deal though. It's just another tv show, a fad that's already faded out. So tell me, what exactly did they do to the music industry? Did they actually change consumer behaviour? I doubt that because most of the winners have faded into obscurity; seems like the show wasn't that influential in the first place. Besides, didn't you watch VoF, is that somehow less evil?

And what's the relevance to you anyway. Have you lost out on something because of those shows? You'd be stubbornly doing things your way in any case, so whyever would you give a fuck.

But I'm obviously not understanding something very essential here. Do educate a perma-butthurt dumb cunt. Not gonna rip anyone's opinion apart, just wondering about the rationale behind this.

  6. 1) Music industry has truly turned flipped inside out and thrown it's ass out the window, with some musicians being exceptions (take Jani for example) and walk the face of this earth as a very rare and dying [?] breed.
    2) Television industry has died, minus I Love Lucy reruns and what have you.

Now it's just a matter of how to fix it.
