Apparently Dave Mustaine recently did a show with the San Diego Symphony, and apparently it didn't go as well as one would've hoped. Actually it sounds waaay too much like the Shreds-meme, (here's my favorite "shreds" clip for you, enjoy :) ) although this one is apparently real. Check it out:
Now, I do love some of the older Megadeth stuff, but this is just terribad, awful. I'm still not convinced that this is not some weird joke, but it does seem pretty legit.
In other news, today it's time to take the stage again with Antti & the boys, and I'm actually pretty excited about that. Tonight Savonlinna, tomorrow Seinäjoki. Maybe I'll see you there :)

So, we've reached 1000+ posts in this blog. Didn't bother to make any grand gesture, as it's been pretty hectic and I haven't had too much time to write. So...
I've tried to take it easy this past weekend, as my batteries have been running a bit low. Just some exercise and stuff. Yesterday I went for a 10km run and today I've gone to the gym. I actually thought of going for a run tonight as well, but my body is a bit sore, and I got something better to do:
Just got the mastered version of the Arion album. Fuck that album took forever to make, but now it is finally done, ready, finished, mastered. My work here is done :) And, I have to say, it sounds pretty damn great. I think it will be released next month, so go fucking get it then :) Now I think I actually deserve a beer to celebrate this moment. Not too many though, as I am still planning to go jogging tomorrow :)
Next weekend it's time for me to join Mr. Railio's band again for shows in Savonlinna and Seinäjoki. Gonna be great to see the guys again, I was away doing shows with Timo for over a month. Love both those dudes to death, in a totally platonic non-gay-way :) Not that there is anything wrong about the gay-way, I just don't bend like that :)

Another one of my childhood heroes joins the choir invisible...
In other news, I've made it back home after yet another quite an extensive stint across Finland. Had nice times travelling, but it's good to be home. Been listening to some of the Arion mixes, and that shit is going to be epic! :)

Sitting at the hotel, waiting for the night to c-c-c-come. Had a nice show with Timo yesterday, even got to play at a decent time (for those who don't know this, usually gigs start insanely late in Finland), so we had time to go and have a sauna with a few friends. Tonight it's one more show and then I think I actually might skip school on Monday/Tuesday and go home, as I'm starting to feel a bit exhausted and would like to load up my batteries a bit before jumping back to Railio band.
On another note, Mr. Kupiainen sent me a hilarious link, which I'm not sure if I should post here, but here's the gist of it:
I'm misogynist and hateful, over-all unpleasant person, and my fans (feels weird to write that) are even worse, childish bigoted assholes. I knew this blog can really divide people, and my personal brand of humour isn't for everyone, maybe not for anyone :) I do dick jokes, which apparently appalls some people, mainly because I just keep telling how big mine is (which it actually isn't, that's the fucking joke:) ) and call all women, well, you know the word by now as this was a huge issue back in the day. Not once in my life have I felt as misunderstood as then, and a little now, but hey, it's just a fucking joke. Always is, always was.
I don't think I really need to defend myself against something like this, I just thought I'd share this with you, since I thought it was kinda funny, and also kinda sad. At least Matias was laughing his ass off :)
I'm not going give you a link to this, as I know you people have a tendency to get a bit hot-headed sometimes, and if someone out there knows what I'm referring to I'm asking also you not to post the link, nor attack these people in any way. They are entitled to their opinion and I do support freedom of speech :)
And, as a final note, if you, the person who wrote that stuff, is still out there reading this blog (I don't think so, as this clearly wasn't his/her cup of tea :), feel free to drop me a line. We might both learn something :)
