Interesting article:

Not that I necessarily agree with everything Mr. O'Neill writes there, but he does have some interesting points. I've probably become a nihilist already years ago, but that was not a transformation from atheism, just natural evolution :)

  1. IDK how to tell you otherwise but, Rob Swire (Front men of Pendulum) Just announce on twitter that they probaly gonna release a new Pendulum album next year. Since their split up was a bad news for you too, I suppose that is a good news for you too !

    2. Well, I don't have a Twitter account and I don't follow any "tweets" or what the fuck they are called, but that would be great news indeed, was just listening to "Immersion" yesterday.

    3. @Anonymous : No, He plans to release an album of Knife Party and one of Pendulum. But they won't do a band tour with pendulum, only release an album.

@Jani : Immersion is a great album, my favorite of them so far, and I'm glad to be able to say so far since they'll do at least an other one !

  5. Hey, I hear you. I was not trying to say that at all. I just thought the dude had some interesting points although I don't wholeheartedly agree with everything he writes. I guess I could be called an atheist (let's not go into semantics here), and occasionally I can even share a funny pic/meme/whatnot about faith and religion, but I do think that some people are really going overboard with this shit.

Who the fuck cares anyway? At least here in Finland we have this thing called Freedom of Religion, and besides, isn't religion at least supposed to be more of a personal thing anyway? At least I would think so, but what the hell do I know...

  6. Yeah I wasn't responding to you per se but to the guy who made the article. And don't get me wrong I do agree with some points as well.
But bitching about them can go as far as how these type of atheists bitch about religious people, so it's kind of a vicious cycle :P

If religion was truly personal I think there'd be less people bitching about it (there would still be people bitching it no matter what, we all know that).

But what the hell do I know either :P

  7. Now this is from a religous person's point of view. Atheism isn't what everyone says it is. The people who are actually taking their time to talk bad about other's beliefs aren't atheists, they're just unhappy. A true atheist would believe that there isn't a creater. Why fight against something you believe isn't real?
